UH Sports Circle of Honor
Natasha “Tasha” Kai is the soccer program’s most decorated player and its first All-American in 2003. She was a semifinalist for the Hermann Award as the nation’s top player and was the WAC’s first three-time Player of the Year. Kai was a four-time all-WAC recipient and led UH to regular-season WAC titles in 2003 and ’05. She shattered more than two dozen school and conference records including the school mark for goals (72). She helped the U.S. National Team win a gold medal in the 2008 Olympics and went on to play in the Women’s Professional Soccer League helping Sky Blue FC win the championship in 2008.
