For Athletics Facilities rental requests, please download and complete the
Facilities Rental Request Form (PDF) then email the completed form to
mfinau@hawaii.edu.
Upon email submission, our staff will work with you to determine availability of the requested facility and complete the necessary form(s) for your use of the facility.

Note that you will also be charged estimated out of pocket costs in addition to the rental fee. These costs will be calculated once your needs are determined. These may include but are not limited to: personnel, security, supplies, equipment, etc.
Both rental and estimated out of pocket costs are due to the Athletics Facilities office prior to your use of the facilities in the form of a
cashier's check addressed to
University of Hawaii Athletics.
In addition to rental paperwork, you will need to show proof of general liability insurance. Please refer to the insurance requirements outlined on the Facilities Rental Request Form. If you are a Registered Independent Organization or a UH-Affiliated group, this requirement may not pertain to you.
