TICKET DISCLAIMER
This ticket/pass (Ticket) is a revocable license to view the event stated on the front of this Ticket (Event) only as an eyewitness. University of Hawaii (UH) or its authorized licensees (Licensees) may terminate this license, deny admission to the purchaser and/or holder of this ticket (Holder) and/or have Holder removed from University venues or other venues used by UH (Venue) based on Holder's conduct, including Holder's failure to comply with UH, Licensee and/or Venue rules. Use of the Ticket for advertising, promotions (including contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) or other trade purposes without UH's prior written consent is prohibited. Holder irrevocably grants to UH and its assigns and Licensees the right to use Holder's image, likeness, statements, expressions, and conduct, including without limitation, in any broadcast, reproduction, promotion, or advertising. UH and the Licensees are the only authorized ticket sellers for this Event. All bags and clothing are subject to check. Weapons, noise makers, illegal drugs, umbrellas, fireworks, outside food & beverage, inflatables, confetti, balloons, lasers, poles & sticks, skateboards, scooters, roller-blades, bicycles, animals (except ADA), and any items that may pose a health or safety issue to others are prohibited. Unless specifically authorized, Holder is prohibited from recording the Event. Holder acknowledges that there are inherent risks in attending the Event, including adverse weather conditions and exposure to contagious illness or disease, such as COVID-19 (collectively COVID-19), which can lead to severe illness or death. Holder shall not enter the University campus or any Venue if Holder recently experienced any symptom associated with COVID-19, been recently exposed to a person who tested positive for COVID-19, has been notified Holder is considered a close contact, and/or has traveled to domestic or international areas designated high risk by any public health authority, including the CDC. By attending the Event, Holder certifies that Holder does not have COVID-19 symptoms, agrees to follow all rules of conduct, the COVID-19 requirements, posted rules and verbal instructions of UH and the Event staff , and voluntarily assumes all risks related to attending the Event, including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19. UH and the Licensees will not be responsible for illness or injuries suffered by Holder arising out of or resulting from Holder's attendance at the Event and/or the performance of any activity relating to the Event.  UH ATHLETICS GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
UH Athletics is committed to provide a memorable experience for its guests in a safe and enjoyable environment. When attending an event, the facility staff will proactively intervene to support an atmosphere free from the following behaviors:

1. Harassment, foul, obscene, offensive or abusive language or actions.
2. Obstructing the view of other guests.
3. Signs of impairment due to intoxication.
4. Smoking.
5. Fighting.
6. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior.
7. Throwing of any objects.
8. Interfering with the progress of the event(s) or entering the court.
9. Failing to follow instructions by facility personnel.
10. Failure to sit in assigned location or seat.
11. Destroying or defacing arena property.
12. Loitering.
13. Failure to follow facility policies and procedures.

Guests who choose not to adhere to the “Guest Code of Conduct” will be subject to removal without refund. Please notify an usher if you need assistance or to report any violations.
