The
Rainbow Wellness program provides dedicated mental health and student-athlete wellness services, housed within the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa (UHM) Athletic Department.  This program provides mental health services available to all UHM student-athletes, free of charge.  Rainbow Wellness is dedicated to promoting, supporting, and maintaining the mental well-being of all Rainbow Wahine and Rainbow Warrior student-athletes and teams.

If you or someone you know are experiencing any sort of medical or mental health emergency (including having suicidal thoughts, aggressive behavior, hallucinations / confusion, or any other emergent concerns) please call 9-1-1 or go immediately to your nearest emergency room.
