Biography

2007 (Senior): Started all 13 games at cornerback…tallied 51 tackles (39 solo, 12 assisted)…totaled 1 tackle for loss (-3 yards)…had two interceptions on the season, including one for a 33- yard return versus Charleston Southern (Sept. 22)…recorded four pass breakups… batted down a two-point conversion on the final play in overtime to preserve a thrilling come-from-behind victory at Louisiana Tech (Sept. 8).


2006 (Junior): Played in all 14 games, starting seven of the final eight at left cornerback...posted a season-high eight tackles (6 solo) at New Mexico State (Oct. 21)...tied for team-lead with three picks...returned an interception 33 yards against Louisiana Tech (Nov. 11).

Prior to UH: Attended Tyler Junior College in Texas for two years...lettered in football under coaches Jamie Gritchlow and Dale Carr...named to the pre-season honorable mention All-America team as a sophomore...recorded 11 tackles in the conference championship game as a freshman.

Prep: A 2003 graduate of Galena Park North Shore Senior High School in Houston, Texas...earned two letters in football under coach David Aymond...led team to two district titles.

Personal: Born in Houston, Texas...plans to major in speech...has one brother...parents are Penny and Herbert Lee of Houston, Texas.
