2008 (Senior): Team tri-captain…named to the all-WAC second team…played in all 14 games with 11 starts at defensive tackle…recorded 28 tackles, 6.0 tackles-for-loss, 2.0 sacks, two pass breakups and two quarterback hurries…season-high five tackles, including a pair of sacks in win over Idaho (Nov. 22)…blocked two field goal attempts on the year—versus Louisiana Tech (Oct. 11) and versus Cincinnati (Dec. 6)…recorded at least one tackle-for-loss in five games…named academic all-WAC.
2007 (Junior): Played in all 13 games...started two games ù vs. Utah State (Oct. 6) and Boise State (Nov. 23)...recorded 17 tackles, including 13 solo and 1.5 for-a-loss, for the season...season-high four tackles in come-from-behind win over Washington (Dec. 1)...forced two fumbles in back-to-back games vs. New Mexico State (Oct. 27) and Fresno State (Nov. 10)...also notched a fumble recovery vs. Fresno State.
2006 (Sophomore): Played in 12 games, making one start against Idaho (Oct. 28)...missed the Utah State (Nov. 4) and Louisiana Tech (Nov. 11) games...boasted a career-high four tackles against UNLV (Sept. 16)...academic all-WAC.
2005 (Freshman): Played in 10 games, started one...recorded seven tackles (two solo)...recorded a season-high three tackles at Louisiana Tech (Oct. 8)...earned academic all-WAC honors.
2004: Appeared in two games...granted a medical hardship by the NCAA.
Prep: A 2004 graduate of Nanakuli High School on O‘ahu...lettered in football, basketball and track...played on both sides of the ball as an offensive and defensive lineman...second-team all-state pick on offense and defense by The Honolulu Advertiser…earned first-team all-league honors as a defensive lineman in his junior season and second-team all-league honors on both sides of the ball his senior year...a member of the Christian Club and the Principal’s List.
