Prep: A 2005 graduate of St. Mary’s High School in Stockton, Calif... a two-year starter at center...named the league’s Lineman of the Year, first team all-section (San Joaquin), first team all-Northern California and third team all-state as a senior...also named Lineman of the Year by the Stockton Hall of Fame...a two-time all-area selection by the Stockton Record...also won the San Joaquin Athletic Association and San Joaquin Sub Section discus championships as a junior, and finished sixth statewide...football coach was Tony Franks.
Personal: Born in Stockton, Calif...majoring in communication...his cousin is former Warrior Kahai LaCount and is also related to former UH associate athletics director and former Detroit Lion Rockne Freitas...has two brothers...parents are Corleen and Ronald Estes of Stockton, Calif.
