2011 (Track): Redshirted.

2010 (Cross Country): Competed in two meets…finished 31st overall in the Big Wave Invitational with a 4K time of 18:27.59…finished 35th overall in the Chaminade Invitational “B” with a 5K time of 23:24.29. 

Prep: A 2010 graduate of Deer Valley High School in Antioch, Calif…lettered four years in cross country, three years in swimming and one year in track and field…member of league cross country champions in 2008 and ’09… named cross country “Top Frosh” in 2006 and “Most Improved” in 2007…second-team all-league in 2007… first-team all-league in 2008 and ’09…member of league swimming champions in 2009…second-team all-league in swimming in 2009 and ’10…scholar-athlete all four years.
 
Personal: Born in Antioch, Calif…intends to major in psychology…has one brother…parents are Autrey and Mari James of Antioch, Calif.
