2012 (Track): Member of the 4x400-meter relay team…also competed in the 400-meter hurdles…posted a seasonal-best time of 1:06.78 at the Oxy Invitational…named academic all-WAC.

2011 (Track): Member of the 4x400 relay team…season-best time in the 400-meters was 1:02.73 at the CSULA Twilight Open.

2010 (Cross Country): Competed in three meets… finished 51st overall in the BYU-Hawaii Invitational with a 5K time of 24:05… posted a 4K time of 18:52.31 at the Big Wave Invitational which placed her 36th overall… posted a personal best 5K time of 23:08 at the HPU Invitational “B” which placed her 34th overall...named academic all-WAC.

2010 (Track): Competed during the indoor and outdoor seasons…academic all-WAC.

2009 (Cross Country): Competed in two meets…placed 23^rd at the Chaminade Invitational with a time of 22:50 and 34^th at the Big Wave Invitational.

2009 (Track): Competed during the indoor and outdoor seasons...placed 10th in the 400-meter hurdles at the WAC Outdoor Championship...seasonal-best 1:00.75 in the 400-meter dash at the Sunset Meet #4...finished 21st in the 400-meters at the WAC Indoor Championship.

Prep: A 2008 graduate of South Eugene High School in Eugene, Ore…lettered four years in track and field…team won district championships in 2007 and 2008 in 4x100 and 4x400 relay events…placed seventh in the 400-meter at the state championship…named team MVP in 2006…named most improved player in 2007…team’s most outstanding senior in 2008.

Personal: Born in Sacramento, Calif…plans to major in pre-med…has one younger brother and one older sister…parents are Thomas and Debbie Opsal of Eugene, Ore.
