2013 (Track): Posted a time of 13:11.33 in the 2-mile run at the Green vs. Black Intra Squad Meet which ranks No. 9 all-time in school history…also competed in the 1000-meter and 2000-meter steeplechase events…did not compete during the indoor season.
2012 (Cross Country): Competed in seven meets…finished among the team’s top five in five meets…season-best 5K time of 21:27 at the HPU Invitational and Big Wave Invitational…top finish was 20
th at the 3-mile Chaminade Invitational (19:37.7)…placed 81
st at the 6K Big West Championship with a time of 24:56.6…named to Big West All-Academic team.
2012 (Track): Member of distance medley relay team at WAC Indoor Championship, which finished fifth posting a result of 12:43.34…set a new personal best mark in 2000-meter steeplechase event posting a time of 7:54.08 at Sunset Meet #4, which ranks eighth all-time in school history… also competed in the 800-meter, 1500-meter, mile, 3000-meter and 5000-meter events…named academic all-WAC.
2011 (Cross Country): Competed in seven meets…placed among the team’s top five finishers in three meets…season-best 5K time was 19:48.5 at the Bronco Invitational…highest finish was 11th at the Chaminade Invitational.
Prior To UH: Attended Spokane Community College in Washington for two years…competed for both the track and field and cross country teams…earned all-conference honors in cross country as a sophomore…team finished runner-up in the conference championship.
Prep: A 2009 graduate of Hanford High School in Richland, Wash…lettered four years in both track and field and cross country…member of district championship team as a senior…earned all-league honors in track as a senior…named the school’s sprinter of the year as a junior and senior.
Personal: Born in Logan, Utah…intends to major in biology…parents are Dave and Julie Lasater of Richland, Wash.
