2014 (Cross Country): Competed in three meets…season-best 5k time of 23:52 at the Chaminade Invitational…season-best 6k time was 27:46.64 at the HPU Invitational, where she placed 23^rd. 

2014 (Track): Competed in the distance events…posted season-best times of 6:36.82 in the mile, 12:27.68 in the 3000-meters, and 23:07.80 in the 5000-meters.
 
2013 (Cross Country): Competed in four meets….season-best 5K time of 23:30 at the BYU-Hawai‘i Invitational…also competed in the Chaminade Invitational (23:58), 5K Big Wave Invitational (24:52.15), and the HPU Invitational 5K (23:58).

2012 (Cross Country): Competed in four meets….season-best 5K time of 23:12 at the season-opening HPU Invitational…also competed in the 5K Big Wave Invitational (23:28), 5K BYU-Hawai‘i Invitational (23:24) and 3-mile Chaminade Invitational (21:36).
 
Prep: A 2012 graduate of Kamehameha Schools-Hawai‘i in Kea‘au, Hawai‘i…lettered four years in swimming and track and field and three years in cross country…member of track and field team that captured the BIIF championship in 2009…member of National Honor Society…a Kaimana Award-distinguished recipient.
 
Personal: Born in Hilo, Hawai‘i…intends to major in secondary education…has one brother and one sister…parents are Craig and the late Emily Carvalho of Hilo, Hawai‘i.
