2002 (Junior): Participated in 30 games, starting 27 at shortstop...had six multi-hit and three multi-RBI game...went 2-for-3 with three RBI in second start of the year vs. Hawai`i Pacific (3/29)...ended the season hot, hitting .412 with four runs scored in the last two series of the season...went 3-for-5 with two doubles and two runs scored at Nevada (3/18)...finished the year third on the team with a .286 batting average, while knocking in eight doubles, one triple and 10 RBI...also scored 14 runs.
2000 and 2001 (Freshman and sophomore): Attended Feather River College in Quincy, Calif., for three years...graduated with high honors - Phi Theta Kappa...as a sophomore, he was a second team all-Golden Valley Conference selection while batting .311 overall with seven doubles, 33 RBI, and 48 run.
Prep: A 1998 graduate of Quincy High School in California...earned two letters each in baseball, football, and basketball...named the Pioneer League MVP...led team to both the 1997 and '98 league championships...coached by Al Batinger in baseball...an honor roll student...a member of the California Scholarship Federation and Service Club.
