Biography

2003 (Senior): Played in 18 games with nine starts...batted .308 eight runs and four RBI...had one double.

2002 (Junior): Participated in 45 games, starting 24 in the outfield, 14 at first base and one as a designated hitter...had six multi-hit games and two multi-RBI games...finished the season hitting .235 with five doubles, one homer and 16 RBI...best game came at Nevada (5/18), when he went 3-for-5 with two runs scored...hit .316 vs. lefties and .223 vs. righties.

2001 (Sophomore): Participated in 41 games making 19 starts (LF=12, RF=4; DH=3)...was flawless on 26 total chances in the outfield...biggest game was a 2-for-4 effort and two RBI against Fresno State (Apr. 7)...hit .224 in 27 WAC games with two doubles and six RBI.

2000 (Freshman): Played in 15 games making three starts, one each at first base, left and right fields...went just 2-for-17 (.118) at the plate...was 0-for-1 in two WAC games...when given the opportunity, he went 1-for-3 against UCLA (Feb. 5) and 1-for-4 versus Pepperdine (Mar. 29) in 2-of-his-3 starts.

Football: Sat out the 1999 football season after transferring from Brigham Young, where he was a redshirt quarterback...the 2000 season, he was used primarily on special teams.

Prep:A 1998 graduate of Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville, Fla...lettered three years each in football and baseball and twice in basketball...selected to the Jacksonville Times-Union Super 24 and pre-season Super 11 teams...ranked as the 13th best prep quarterback by Blue Chip Illustrated...honorable-mention all-state.

Personal: Born in Massachusetts...majoring in speech...enjoys fishing and golfing...favorite athlete is Michael Jordan...sister played soccer and rugby at Harvard...another sister rode crew at Connecticut.
