Biography

2004 (Senior): Started all 55 games...batted .311 with 37 runs and 35 RBI...had 10 doubles and four homeruns.

2003 (Junior): Played in 55 games, starting 52 at first base…hit .281 with 31 RBI, 26 runs, 11 doubles, two triples and a home run…went 2-for-4 with four RBI, a double and a run at Fresno State (3/8)…went 3-for-3 with two RBI…went 9-for-21 with four RBI, four doubles and five runs in the Easter Tournament, earning him all-tournament honors…went 4-for-5 with one RBI, one double and two runs at Nevada (5/4)…had 14 multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games.

2001 and 2002 (Freshman and Sophomore): Played two years at Delta Junior College in Stockton, Calif....played under head coach Jim Yanko...won the academic athlete award.

Prep: A 2000 graduate of West High in Tracy, Calif....lettered in football, basketball and baseball...named all-conference in baseball at first base and in football at quarterback...football team were the conference champions in 2000...basketball team took the conference title in 1999 and 2000.

Personal: Born in Walnut Creek, Calif....aspires to be a firefighter later in life...majoring in psychology...lists former Giant, Ranger and Oriole Will Clark as his favorite athlete...other favorites include chicken and the movie "Tombstone".
