2009 (Senior): Named first-team all-WAC…started all 13 games at linebacker…led the team with 107 tackles (58 solo, 49 assisted)…ranked fourth in the WAC, averaging 8.2 tackles per game…also had 3.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, one interception, two pass breakups, and five quarterback hurries…career-high 12 tackles in loss at Louisiana Tech (Sept. 30)…tied career-high with 12 tackles, including 11 solo and one sack, in win over Navy (Nov. 28)…had 11 tackles in win at San Jose State (Nov. 21) and against Wisconsin (Dec. 5)…also had 10 tackles against UNLV (Sept. 19)…recorded first interception in win over New Mexico State (Nov. 14)…no fewer than five tackles in 12 of 13 games.
2008 (Junior): Did not play.
2007 (Sophomore): Appeared in final nine games after missing first four...amassed 27 total tackles, including six for loss...also had two sacks and three quarterback hurries...against Boise State (Nov. 23), had a career-high seven tackles, including a sack and three tackles-for-loss totaling -11 yards....had a crucial third-down tackle at San Jose State (Oct. 12), which enabled UH to tie the game in regulation.
2006 (Freshman): Played in 12 games off the bench...had a season-high three tackles (all solo) against San Jose State (Nov. 18)...credited with four quarterback hurries.
Prior To UH: Attended Hawai‘i Pacific University in 2005...did not play football.
Prep: A 2005 graduate of Castle High School on O‘ahu...garnered all-star and all-state honors three times each...twice named the division’s Defensive Player of the Year...football team won the league title in 2002.
