Biography

2008 (Senior): Appeared in 11 games…started four of the final five games of the season…had 18 carries for 59 yards and two touchdowns…averaged 3.3 yards per carry…also caught six passes for 41 yards…scored first touchdown of the year on a 9-yard carry in win against Nevada (Oct. 25)…scored second touchdown of the season on a 1-yard run versus nationally ranked Cincinnati (Dec. 6)…carried the ball a season-high five times for 17 yards at Utah State (Nov. 1)…named academic all-WAC.

2007 (Junior): Appeared in all 13 games...made six starts at running back...mainly used in pass blocking situations...had 14 rushes for 41 yards...hauled in nine receptions for 95 yards and one TD...only score came against Utah State (Oct. 6) on 20-yard pass play from Tyler Graunke...academic all-WAC.

2006 (Sophomore): Played in 13 games, missing only Boise State (Sept. 23)...carried the ball seven times for 30 yards...only TD came on a 4-yard run at Utah State (Nov. 4).

2005 (Freshman): Played in 11 games, making starts at Idaho (Sept. 24) and against New Mexico State (Oct. 15)...rushed for 49 yards on 12 carries...scored touchdowns against USC (Sept. 3)and Utah State (Nov. 12).

2004: Redshirted.

Prep:A 2004 graduate of Aptos High School in California...earned two letters each in football, volleyball and basketball...member of CIF/CCS championship football team in 2003.

Personal: Born in Newport Beach, Calif...majoring in history...has one younger brother and one younger sister...parents are Lynn and David Farmer of Aptos, Calif.
