Biography

2008-09 (Sophomore): Part of a team that took fourth in the 200 meter medley relay (1:43.90) and finished 10th in the 200 breaststroke (2:19.64) at the WAC Championship (Feb. 25-28)…won the 200 breaststroke event against Wisconsin (Jan. 9)…finished second in the 100 breaststroke (1:05.78) swim at the Big West Shootout (Nov. 7).

2007-08 (Freshman): Won the 200m breast (2:22.21) against Arizona State (Sept. 28)...winner of the 100m (1:16.32) and 200m (2:43.91) breast events against Arizona State (Sept. 29)...won the 200m breast event against Oregon State (Dec. 19)...finished first in 200 breast (2:20.33) and second in 100 breast (1:05.71) at UC Irvine Shootout...second place in 100 yard breast (1:06.89) and in 200 yard IM (2:12.88) against Wisconsin (Jan. 12)...finished 5th in the 200-Yard Individual Medley event at the WAC Championships.

Prep: A 2007 graduate of St. Joseph's Catholic High School in Nepean, Ontario, Canada...school did not sponsor swimming...swam for the Nepean Kanata Barracudas swim team for coaches Scott Faithful and Dave Heinbuch...owns senior national standards in the 50, 100 and 200 Breast...ranked fourth in Canada in 100-meter Breast...ranked 10th and 12th in Canada in short-course 100 and 200-meter Breast, respectively...awarded Ottawa's Athlete of the Week in December 2006...qualified for the Olympic Trials in 2004 and heading to the 2008 trials...graduated with honors.
