Summary

Biography

2010-11 (Senior): Earned three personal bests at the Western Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 23-26)…finished 13th in the 100 butterfly (56.88), 19th in the 200 butterfly (2:09.30), and 34th in the 50 freestyle preliminaries (24.63)…opened the season against Seattle (Oct. 15-16) with a personal best in the 100 freestyle after taking third with a time of 54.42.

2009-10 (Junior): Earned two personal bests at the WAC Championships (Feb. 24-27) after finishing 20th in both the 100 butterfly (57.97) and 200 fly (2:10.89)…took third in the 200 fly (2:13.64) against Loyola Marymount (Jan. 15)…was part of the team that finished third in the 400 freestyle relay (3:33.05) against Wisconsin (Jan. 9). 

2008-09 (Sophomore): Finished 13th in the 100 butterfly (57.36) swim at the WAC Championship (Feb. 25-28)…placed in the top 10 in the 100 backstroke (1:00.68) and 200 backstroke (2:10.04) swims at the Big West Shootout (Nov. 7-8).

2007-08 (Freshman): Part of the team that finished second in the 400 Meter Freestyle Relay against Arizona State (Sept. 29)...Part of the relay team that finished first in the 400 Yard Freestyle event against Oregon State (Dec. 19).

Prep: A 2007 graduate of Robert McQueen High School in Reno, Nev...lettered four years in swimming for coach Kurt Neilson...boasted MVP, all-state and All-America honors.

Personal: Born in Las Vegas, Nev...plans to major in psychology...has one older brother and one younger sister...parents are Brenda and Chris Larson of Reno, Nev.
