2008 (Senior): Played in 13 games, seeing action in all three phases of the game…an all-WAC first-team selection at defensive back...started eight games at cornerback and three at free safety…made two starts on offense at slotback (vs. Nevada, at Utah State) …also served as team’s kickoff returner for the first seven games of the season….missed only game of the season versus Washington State (Nov. 29)…recoded 43 tackles, 6.0 TFLs, one sack, one interception, four quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery…also led the team with seven pass breakups…on offense, tallied eight catches for 71 yards (8.9 ypc) in two games… second on the team with 514 yards in kickoff returns…had two plays of 90 or more yards…returned kickoff 90 yards for a touchdown in the first half at No. 22 Fresno State and helped UH pick up its first-ever road win over a ranked team (Oct. 4)… returned only interception of the year 91 yards for a touchdown at New Mexico State (Nov. 8).. caught five passes for 58 yards, including a long of 18 yards versus Nevada (Oct. 25) in first action at wide receiver…had season-high seven tackles in games vs. Weber State (Sept. 6) and Notre Dame (Dec. 24).
