Biography

2008 (Senior): Saw action in one game, taking snaps behind center in closing moments versus Idaho (Nov. 22).

2007 (Junior): Sat out due to NCAA transfer rules.

Prior to UH: Played two seasons at  San Diego Mesa Junior College (2004-05)...threw for 3,581 yards and 35 touchdowns at Mesa, completing 260 of 513 passes...averaged 196 yards a game of total offense during two seasons...completed 154 of 294 passes as a sophomore for 1,951 yards and 20 TDs ...named team MVP...transferred to Missouri Southern in 2006...did not play due to injury.

Prep: A 2004 graduate of St. Augustine High School in San Diego, Calif... earned three varsity letters in football...led team to two league championships and three division championship appearances...helped team climb to as high as the No. 6 ranking in the state in 2003...threw for 35 touchdowns as a senior and set the CIF Southern California record with eight touchdown tosses in one game...named league player of the year, first-team all-CIF and all-league and a second-team all-state selection... named to the San Diego Union Tribune all-star team...inducted into the San Diego Hall of Champions in 2004...also lettered in baseball and basketball.
