2002 (Senior): Played in 38 games, started 30...batted .307 with 15 runs and 21 RBI...hit seven doubles, two triples, and one homerun.
2001 (Junior): Played in only 19 games making 10 starts (CF=7; DH=3)…season was cut short when he injured his right throwing shoulder and had to have surgery to repair the labrum…had two multi-hit games with his best a 3-for-4 performance at San Jose State (Mar. 2)…in nine WAC games, he batted .462…hit .250 against right-handed pitchers and .462 versus southpaws…finished his season on a mild three-game hitting streak.
2000 (Sophomore): Made 25 appearances and 18 starts…posted five multi-hit and one multi-RBI games…hit .311 against southpaws and only .111 versus right handers…went 0-18 in nine WAC games…one of four players in double figures in stolen bases (10-for-10)…flawless on 54 trie
1999 (Freshman): Played in 31 contests making two starts, one at San Diego State (May 8) and the other against New Mexico (May 20) at the WAC Tournament…majority of appearances were off the bench for late-inning defensive work…was 1-for-12 in WAC games with a RBI and a run scored…missed one game with a bruised collar bone after taking a line drive off it in batting practice.
1998: Redshirted.
Prep: A 1997 graduate of Pearl City High School in Pearl City, Oahu…earned two letters in both baseball and football…named to the Oahu Interscholastic League West first team…coached by Mel Seki…a scholar-athlete graduating magna cum laude.
