2013 (Senior):
Started all 58 games in centerfield as the lead-off batter…in her career started all of UH’s 232 softball game for the past four years…is the UH career record holder with 72 home runs, 235 runs scored, and 159 walks…tied then broke the UH career runs scored record when she scored three times against Nevada (Feb. 17) for her 188th career run…in senior season led the ‘Bows with 18 home runs, 59 runs scored, 42 walks, 12 stolen bases, 125 total bases, a .723 slugging percentage and a .459 on-base percentage…was tied for first with Keiki Carlos for team lead with 13 doubles…was tied for the team lead with 17 multiple-hit games with Jazmine Zamora and Carlos…also had the longest ‘reach base safely’ streak at 19…second on the team with 11 multiple RBI games…tied a career game-high scoring four runs at Cal State Fullerton (April 13-Gm.1)…drew a career-best four walks at Cal State Northridge (March 24)…tied her career-high with two home runs against Ole Miss (Feb. 7) and Long Beach State (April 27-Gm.1)…drove in a season-high four runs vs. Long Beach State (April 27-Gm.1)…was voted Big West Softball Field Player for Feb.11-17 after launching four home runs; scoring nine runs with a slugging percentage of 1.053 during the Easton Desert Classic tournament in Las Vegas, Nev. …it marked her fourth conference weekly player award (earned three while UH was a member of the WAC)…earned all-tourney honors for both the Oceanic Time Warner Cable Paradise Classic and the Chevron Spring Fling tourney while earning MVP honors for the Bank of Hawaii Invitational…named UH’s Female Athlete of the Year by the Big West…was a Senior CLASS Award candidate…named the Big West’s Defensive Player of the Year and was voted to the All-BWC First Team…selected to the NFCA’s all-West Region team…became just the third UH softball player to be named a CoSIDA Academic All-American…named the Big West’s nominee for the NCAA’s Woman of the Year Award; then became a Top 30 candidate and later a Top Nine choice (three from DI, three from DII and three from DIII).
2012 (Junior):
Started all 53 games in centerfield… led UH with 57 runs scored, 15 home runs, and 39 walks…finished second on the team with an on-base percentage of .503 and a .662 slugging percentage and was fourth on the squad with a .318 batting average (49-for-54)… recorded 11 multiple-hit games along with nine games with multiple RBIs…finished the season on an eight game hitting streak…ended 2012 ranked No. 11 in the NCAA DI with 1.08 runs per game; No. 27 with 0.74 walks per game; and No. 33 with 0.28 home runs per game…broke the UH career home run record going 3-for-3 against San Jose State (March 24) with a solo blast to centerfield in the second inning of an 8-0 win in six innings pushing past the previous record held by former UH All-American Kate Robinson that was set in 2008…at the start of the 2013 season, she has upped her career home run total to 54 and she is also the UH career leader in walks with 117 and is second on the UH career hits list with 180 and second in career runs scored with 176 …named WAC Hitter of the Week (May 7) for the third time in her career after helping lead UH to a sweep at Utah State to clinch the regular season WAC title—in the series, she posted a 1.400 slugging percentage and a .769 on-base percentage after tying her career-high going 4-for-4 with a pair of doubles, two runs and two RBI in the second game and closed the series with a 2-for-2 performance tying her career-high with three runs scored and a solo home run…against Notre Dame in the NCAA Tucson Regional (May 18) went 4-for-5 and launched two home runs in one game for the third time her career…earned NFCA all-West Region honors (second team) for the second time in her career…earned all-WAC honors for the third season—second time on the first team…earned WAC scholar-athlete honors for third season while earning the highest GPA on the team…voted to the Capitol One CoSIDA Academic All-District VII team.
2011 (Sophomore):
Started all 55 games in centerfield…finished second on the squad with a .426 on-base percentage and was third on the team with a .290 batting average (47-for-162) and a .525 slugging percentage…led UH with 34 walks and 11 doubles and was second with 38 runs scored…tallied 10 multiple-hit games and six multiple-RBI games while finishing the season on a six game hitting streak…for the second straight year, was flawless in the outfield with a 1.000 fielding percentage (41 put-outs and two assists)…Majam’s 78 career walks puts her as the UH career record leader after just her second season, past Tyleen Tausaga’s 76 walks…hit nine home runs in 2011 bringing her career total to 39—which is second in UH history only to Kate Robinson’s 44 homers and her 119 career runs scored ties her for fourth place all-time in UH history with Stacey Porter and Kehau Cofran...voted to the Chevron Spring Fling all-tournament team and was selected Most Valuable Player of the Oceanic Time Warner Cable Paradise Classic…earned second-team all-WAC honors after hitting .319 (22-for-69) with 14 runs scored, five doubles, and three home runs in conference action.
2010 (Freshman):
Started in all 66 games in centerfield…had an amazing rookie season, finishing the season as the NCAA home run leader while setting new WAC and UH single-season home run records with 30…nationally, was ranked fourth in runs per game (81), fifth in slugging percentage, 27th in on-base percentage, and 42nd in batting average…reached base safely in 61-of-66 games...broke the UH single-season records for runs scored (88) and walks (44)...overall, led UH in batting average (.400), runs scored (81), triples (tied with Kanani Pu‘u-Warren with two), home runs (30), RBI (60 - tied with Melissa Gonzalez), on-base percentage (.519), slugging percentage (.919), and walks (44)…tallied a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 79 put-outs and six assists...completed the season ranked second in UH history with 60 RBI (tied with teammate Melissa Gonzalez) and third in hits (84) and doubles (15 - tied with Stacey Porter and Stephanie Wiese)...in WAC play had a batting average of .397, had 27 hits, six doubles, 10 home runs, and 24 RBI... first collegiate hit was a two-run home run against Texas A&M-CC...tied a single-game UH record by scoring four runs against San Diego (2/20) during the Louisville-Slugger Desert Classic in Las Vegas, Nev. ...first collegiate hit was a two-run home run against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (2/12)...notched a game-high four hits going 4-for-4 at UNLV (2/19) while scoring two runs with two RBI and two doubles in the game...drove in multiple runs in 16 games and had multiple-hits 22 times...had a team-high 18-game hitting-streak from March 13 through April 10...was voted Most Valuable Player of the Pepsi Malihini Kipa Aloha Tournament and the Chevron Spring Fling Tournament...named WAC Hitter of the Week twice this season (2/22 and 3/22)...at the UNLV Desert Classic tourney, hit .750 (12-of-16) with team-highs in runs (10), hits (12), doubles (3) and walks (5) while posting seven RBI and two home runs...in the Chevron Malihini Kipa Aloha tournament, racked up eight hits--five of which were home runs...was named the Most Valuable Player in the WAC tournament after hitting .571 (8-for-14) with seven runs scored, eight RBI, a double, five walks and three home runs...during the NCAA tournament, hit .333 (8-for-24) with team-highs in runs scored (9) and walks (7) along with a double and two home runs...was voted the 2010 WAC Freshman of the Year, while earning first team All-WAC honors...also selected first team All-West Region...became the first UH player to earn ESPN.com All-America honors, and was just the sixth Rainbow Wahine to earn second team National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-America honors...also named a 2010 UH Scholar-Athlete and a WAC all-Academic player.
2009 (Medical Redshirt)
Prep: A 2008 graduate of Mountain Empire HS in Pine Valley, Calif...earned four varsity letters in both softball and soccer...helped lead the Redhawks to multiple conference titles in softball (2005, 06) and soccer (2006, 07)...was named the state's Division 4 Player of the Year in both 2007 and 08...earned conference player of the year honors in 2007 and 08...other honors in 2008 include: CalHiSports all-state small school team; Mountain Empire HS most valuable player; all-state division 4 and all-conference first team...as a senior, carried a .789 batting average to lead the league...in soccer was the Redhawks most valuable player in 2005, 06, and 07; earned conference Player of the Year honors as a junior and was named to the all-conference team all four seasons...was the valedictorian of Mountain Empire HS with a 4.33 GPA and earned the school's Scholar-Athlete Award...a member of the National Honor Society, Youth for Christ, and the Pep Club...also served as sophomore class secretary and was the 2008 yearbook editor...played for the 18U gold club team, SoCal Breakers from 2005-08.
