2014 (Senior): Appeared in nine games...scored first career run against Hampton (Feb. 6)...scored another run agaisnt Pacific (Mar. 6)...had five putouts at first base against Nevada (Feb. 16)...appointed as the Big West Conference's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative to the NCAA...Jasper, who graduated last winter, is currently in graduate school and will be one of 31 members on the national comittee representing each NCAA Division I conference for the next two years.
2013 (Junior): Started at first base in exhibition game against Tokyo Women's College of Physical Education and had seven putouts...also pinch hit against TWCPE in first game of doubleheader (Mar. 7) during the Pepsi Malihini Kipa Aloha Tournament.
2012 (Sophomore): Made first collegiate appearance at Utah State and drew a walk in her first at-bat....earned NFCA Scholar-Athlete Award for the third straight season and served as the Co-Chair on UH’s Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC)...elected as the Big West National SAAC Representative.
2011 (Freshman): Earned NFCA Scholar-Athlete Award for second straight season and served as the treasurer on UH’s Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC).
2010 (Redshirt): Named a NFCA scholar-athlete.
Prep: A 2009 graduate of Kaua’i High School in Lihu’e, Kaua’i…earned four varsity letters in softball, three in volleyball, and two in basketball…helped lead the Raiders’ softball team to four consecutive conference championships from 2006-09...won division II state softball championship in 2009 after finishing as the runner-up in both 2007 and ‘08…as a senior, was selected team captain in softball, basketball and volleyball...earned league all-star honors as a first baseman in 2008 and ‘09...won the softball sportsmanship award as a freshman and a sophomore and was voted the team’s most inspirational player as a junior...in volleyball, earned all-league honors as an outside hitter in 2009 and was voted Most Valuable Player on the 2007 basketball squad...was named Kaua’i High’s Scholar Athlete of the Year 2008-09...was a scholar-athlete and a member of the Principal’s List all four years...a member of the National Society of High School Scholars, the National Honor Society, and was the National Business Education Award winner for 2009...was Kaua’i High School’s student body president as a senior.
Personal: Born in Lihu’e, Kaua’i…graduated with three degrees in entrepreneurship, marketing and international business…named to the National Society of Collegiate Scholars list and to UH’s academic honor roll in 2010, 2011 and 2012...in 2011, named a Beta Gamma Sigma Scholar, Golden Key International Honor Society Scholar, and “Fish Scholar” finalist...a member of the UH entrepreneurship club. In 2012 named the Outstanding Student in Entrepreneurship in the Shidler College of Business, a licensed Hawaii real estate agent....currently in UH's sociology graduate program...older brother Jett Jasper graduated from UH and was a member of the University of Hawai’i football team…parents are Richard and Therese Jasper of Lihu’e, Kaua’i.
