2012 (Senior): Played in 35 games, starting 26...batted .220 (20-91) for season with 10 runs scored and seven RBI...also belted four doubles...scored a season-high three runs to go along with one hit against Wagner College (Feb. 26)...hit 1-4 with one run in UH's season opener against Oregon (Feb. 17)...smacked a pair of doubles in his first road start of the season (at San Jose State, Apr. 20) where he hit 2-3 and added one run scored and two RBI...went 2-2 with a double and an RBI against New Mexico State (May 5)...in his last home game (Nevada, May 19) he batted 2-4 with two runs and one RBI.
2011 (Junior): Played in 40 games at catcher, starting 39...posted a .242 batting average with 25 runs, four doubles, one triple, a homerun, and 12 RBI...batted 3-4 with two runs, two RBI, a double, and homerun in his first career start (Centenary, 3/18)...hit 2-4 with two runs vs. Wichita State (4/2)...was 3-4 with three runs, two RBI, and a double vs. Sacramento State (4/8)...hit 2-4 with three runs and two RBI in series finale at New Mexico State (5/21)...recorded two hits and two runs against Fresno State (5/27) in the WAC Tournament.
Prior To UH: Played a season each at Brown University (Providence, RI) and Cuesta Community College (San Luis Obispo, Calif.)
Prep: A graduate of Palisades Charter High School in Pacific Palisades, Calif....four-year letter winner at Palisades as a catcher...named to the all-league team in all four seasons...team won the league championship from 2005-08...batted .452 for his career.
Personal: Born in Pacific Palisades, Calif....came to UH for the quality baseball program and school, and the opportunity to play Division I.
