2013 (Senior): Did not play.

2012 (Junior): Saw action in one game out of the bullpen...pitched one-third of an inning against Oregon (Feb. 19) allowing three runs on three hits.

Prior To UH: Attended Riverside City College in Riverside, Calif...lettered two years in baseball...made the Dean’s List.

Prep: A 2009 graduate of Upland High School in Upland, Calif...earned three letters in baseball...team took two league championships in a row (2008-09)...selected First Team All-League both years...was Baseline League MVP in 2009...also made First Team All-Valley and Second Team All-CIF the same year...batted .469 with a 2.09 ERA his senior season...an honor roll student throughout high school.

Personal: Born in Upland, Calif...parents are Bobbi and Steve Butler of Upland, Calif...has one younger brother...intends to major in psychology.
