2007-08 (Sophomore): Finished second in 100m backstroke and third in 200m backstroke event against Arizona State (Sept. 28)...was third in the 200 backstroke (2:07.45) event at the UC Irvine Shootout...placed second in 200m backstroke event against Oregon State (Dec. 19)...was third in the 100 yard back (58.19) against Wisconsin (Jan. 12)...finished in fifth in the 100-yard backstroke final at WAC Championships

2006-2007 (Freshman): Finished sixth at the WAC Championship in the 100 Back (second on team, 58.45)...posted a team high for the 50 Back at the Texas Invitational (second, 27.38)...also posted team highs at the Texas Invitational in 50 Free (seventh, 24.44) and 100 Free (fourth, 53.98)...second on team in the 200 Back with a 2:05.13 vs. UC Santa Barbara.

Prep: A 2006 graduate of Little Flower Academy in Vancouver, B.C., Canada...lettered in swimming, track and cross country...led swim team to the Provincial Championship in 2003 and 2005...team MVP during 2004 season...honored with the Distinction Award for her outstanding academic achievement in history and language.

Personal: Born June 19, 1988, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada...plans to major in biology...has one brother and one sister...parents are Lauren Yee and Jerry Tan of Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
