2011 (Senior): Named second-team all-MPSF…started all 28 matches and appeared in all 102 sets…averaged 11.04 assists per set and led the team with a 1.96 digging average…also averaged 0.45 kills and 0.39 blocks per set and finished second on the team with 24 service aces…ranks fifth all-time in school history with 3,449 assists and ninth in digs with 615…led the team to a .330 hitting percentage, the highest percentage in five seasons…team hit .400 or higher in seven matches, including .543 against Cal State Northridge (April 2)…season-high 58 assists against Stanford (Jan. 23)…had seven matches with 50 or more assists…served four aces in straight-set win at UCLA (Feb. 19)…posted seven double-figure dig matches, including season-high 14 at Long Beach State (March 18)...UH scholar-athlete and named to the all-MPSF academic team.

2010 (Junior): Named an all-MPSF honorable mention…started all 29 matches and appeared in all 109 sets at setter…guided the Warriors to a .295 hitting percentage and 16.15 kills per set, the latter of which ranked second in the MPSF…averaged 13.14 assists, which was fifth-best in the MPSF, and 1.97 digs per set…led the team and ranked fifth in the MPSF with 40 aces, four of which occurred in the team’s MPSF Tournament quarterfinal win over Pepperdine...season-high 70 assists in five-set loss at Cal State Northridge (March 5)…dished out 66 assists in wins over UC Irvine (Jan. 29) and Long Beach State (March 20)…career-high seven aces against Long Beach State (March 19)…recorded career-high 19 digs in four-set win at USC (March 9)… also averaged 1.97 digs and 0.55 blocks per set…UH scholar-athlete and named to the all-MPSF academic team.

2009 (Sophmore): Competed in 59 sets and started 12 of 21 matches…averaged 9.73 assists, 1.80 digs, and 0.59 blocks per set…finished 10^th in the MPSF in assist average…second on the team in assists with 574…third on the team in both service aces (10) and digs (106)…posted a career-high 74 assists in leading team to a season-best .381 hitting percentage against UC Santa Barbara (Mar. 5)…season-high six kills and two service aces against NJIT (Mar. 21)…finished with 10 service aces on the season…also had two aces against Pepperdine (Jan. 15)…double-digit digs in four matches, including a season-best 15 against Stanford (Feb. 28)…named to the MPSF all-academic team.

2008 (Freshman): Played 79 games in all 27 matches...second on the team in assists with 317 for a 4.01 per game average...tallied 44 kills, including a career-high 14 versus Long Beach State (Jan. 11)...dished out a 63 assists and led the team to a season-best .395 hitting percentage in a win over UC San Diego (Jan. 25)...had 47 assists and a season-best 18 digs in a four-set victory over the Tritons (Jan. 23)...tallied 9 and 14 kills, respectively, in two starts against Long Beach State...named to all-MPSF academic team.

2007: Redshirted.

Prep: A 2006 graduate of II. Gimnazija Maribor High School in Slovenia...participated in handball, badminton, beach volleyball and volleyball...won the FIVB U-19 Beach Volleyball World Championship coached by Adolf and Anita Urnaut.

Personal: Born in Maribor, Slovenia...graduated with bachelor's of science in travel industry management in Spring 2010...working on master's degree in human resource management...has one older brother, Ales...parents are Viljem and Branka Zemljak of Maribor, Slovenia.
