Biography

2020 (COVID SEASON):
  • Started six of the seven games played in.
  • One of three players to make a start in left field.
  • One of four players to make a start in the outfield.
  • One multi-hit game in first appearance of the year aginast North Dakota State (2/15).
  • Had three-game hitting streak (2/22-3/6).
2019 (RS-Sophomore):
  • Played in 48 games with 44 starts as a redshirt sophomore.
  • Led Hawai'i with a .310 batting average (52-for-168).
  • Second on the team with 10 doubles, while adding one triple, one home run, 19 RBIs 12 walks and 31 runs scored.
  • Posted a slugging percentage of .399 and on-base percentage of .367.
  • Had 17 multi-hit games.
  • Made 32 starts in left field, six at second base,three in center field, two in right field and one at DH.
  • Finished the season with a .962 fielding percentage with 62 putouts, 13 assists and three errors.

  • Hit a bases-clearing double in 8th for go-ahead runs in win over Oregon (March 7).

2018 (RS-Freshman):
  • Played in 13 games with five starts.
  • Put up a .263 batting average with five hits in 19 at bats.
  • Finished with one double, one RBI, two walks and three runs scored.
  • Went 1-for-2 with two walks, one RBI and one run against BYU (Feb. 24).
  • In a start versus Illinois State (March 17), went 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored.

  • A 2016 graduate of Kamehameha Schools-Hawai‘i, playing four years of varsity baseball and aiding the Warriors to four Big Island Interscholastic Federation (BIIF) Championships and the 2016 Division II State Championship

  • Named three times to the ScoringLive Division II all-state first team and was the 2016 Hawai‘i Division II Player of the Year and BIIF Player of the Year.
  • Selected as the 2016 Perfect Game/Rawlings High School Player of the Year for Hawai‘i.
  • As a senior at Kamehameha, hit .444 with 28 RBI and 21 runs, logging eight doubles, five triples and walking 14 times.
  • Also pitched 17.2 innings across seven games, earning a 3-0 record with one save and a 0.85 ERA.
  • Led  Division II in doubles and RBI, tied for first in triples, ranked second in batting average and tied for fifth in runs.
  • Was fourth among all Hawai‘i divisions in batting average.
