2021 (Senior):
  • Made nine starts on the season, the third-most on the team, with the second-most wins on the team (4). 
  • Pitched his second-career complete game at Cal State Fullerton including a season-high eight strikeouts (5/2). 
  • Posted a season-best 6.0 scoreless innings against UC San Diego with two strikeouts (5/23).

  • Finished 2-for-3 while knocking in two runs versus UC Riverside (April 13).

  • Went 3-2, posting a 5.03 ERA with 22 earned runs in 39.1 innings.

2017 (Freshman):
  • Appeared in 37 games, starting 18 at designated hitter and 12 at first base.
  • Hit .276 with two home runs and 10 RBI along with six doubles and 16 runs scored, also coaxing out 17 walks. 
  • Made just one error in 142 chances defensively…hit first career home run with a two-run shot in a win over Sacred Heart (March 9).
  • Went 1-for-2 with three runs scored and two RBI, including a two-run home run against Nevada (March 30).
  • Had a career day in a win at Cal Poly (April 8), going 3-for-3 with two doubles and two runs scored.
  • Had second three-hit game in a win at UC Riverside (April 13), finishing 3-for-4.
  • Turned in a 2-for-4 day at the plate with a double, an RBI and two runs scored in a win at CSUN (April 29).
  • Drove in the eventual game-winning run with an RBI single in the seventh inning of a series-clinching win at CSUN (April 30).
  • Went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored in a win in the season finale against UC Santa Barbara (May 27).
2017 Game-by-Game Statistics

Prep:
  • A 2016 graduate of Huntington Beach High School in California.
  • Played four years of varsity baseball, helping the Oilers to a 25-8 record in 2015 and a first-ever CIF Southern Section Division 1 Championship, playing alongside current UH teammate Tyler Murray.
  • As a junior, allowed zero earned runs and struck out eight in 10.1 innings.
  • Aided the team to consecutive Sunset League titles (2014-15).
  • Selected as a 2015 Perfect Game USA first team Underclass All-American and CalHiSports All-State first team Underclass All-American.
  • Also 2015 CIF-Southern Section Division 1 first team selection.
  • Athree-time first-team all-Sunset League selection, but a senior season injury in February 2016 prevented a fourth – was batting .444 at the time.
  • Was ranked No. 29 among California prospects by Perfect Game and ranked No. 220 in the Top 500 Prospects.
  • Hit .280 as a sophomore with 10 runs and 19 RBI, batting .330 with 13 runs and 20 RBI as a freshman, leading HBHS to the second round of the CIF-SS playoffs and his selection as Sunset League Co-Rookie of the Year.
  • Also played for the Milwaukee Brewers at the 2015 Area Code Games in Long Beach, Calif.
  • Was a member of the 2013 USA Baseball 15U National Team Roster as a utility player in the COPABE Pan American Games in Columbia – retired three consecutive batters in the seventh inning of the title game, two by strikeouts, to preserve a 6-1 victory over Cuba and a gold medal for Team USA.
