Biography

2021 (Junior):
  • Made three appearances out of the bullpen (3.0 IP)
  • The only qualifying pitcher on the staff to not surrender an extra-base hit.
  • Struck out one batter in all three outings.
  • Shut down for the season after outing vs CSU Bakersfield.
2020 (COVID SEASON):
  • Made season debut as the starter in shutout of North Dakota State (2/17).
  • Career-high 7.0 innings pitched against Washington State in second start for Hawai'i.
  • Allowed the second-fewest hits on the team of pitchers with double-digit innings pitched.
  • Had two scoreless outings.
Prior to UH:

  • Grandfather Bob Spickard wrote the song Pipeline by the Chantays. A song about North Shore and Hawaii when Spickard lived here in the 60's.
