Sports Lettered: Golf (‘78-’82)

    He has a few memorable experiences, one was being the first UH golfer to win a WAC individual championship and another being awarded the Jack Bonham Award. 
    He also was honored to be named the Business College Outstanding Junior in Marketing as well as the Outstanding Senior in Marketing.
    “The best advice I ever received was that whatever you do, always do the best job that you can - whether it is sweeping the floor or playing golf. If you always strive to do your best at any task, you will be successful in life and any endeavor. It is this concept and attitude that makes people successful; always do your best and never give up. Also, never put off for tomorrow what you can do today.”
