2016 (Senior):

• Competed in both outdoor and indoor seasons
• Qualified for the Big West Championships in the 400m hurdles running a time of 1:04.15 placing 12th
• Also was a part of the 4x400m relay team that placed eighth at Big West Championships with a time of 3:54.80
• Ran a PR of 1:02.50 in the 400m hurdles at the Rainbow Relays
• Set a personal-best of 2:19.73 in the 800m at the Aztec Open
• Was a part of the indoor Distance Medley Relay team the placed fifth at the Husky Classic with a time of 12:01.83

• Participated in both the indoor and outdoor seasons
• Ran personal best 400m hurdles time of 1:03.24 at the Beach Invitational
• Placed 16th at the Big West Conference Championships and was also a member of the school’s 4x400m relay squad which took eighth
• Set indoor PR time of 1:42.96 in the 600-meters at the UW Indoor
• Named MPSF All-Academic

• Attended UT Arlington for two and a half years
• Competed on the indoor and outdoor track and field teams
• Posted a season-best 800m time of 2:18.95 in the prelims of the 2013 WAC Outdoor Championships to place 13th
• Placed seventh in the 400m hurdles at the 2012 WAC Championships
• Season-best indoor time of 1:06.20 in the 400m at the 2012 Southland Conference Championships 

• A 2011 graduate of Walnut Grove Secondary School in Langley, British Columbia
• Member of British Columbia’s 4x400m relay team that won a gold medal
• Set a national youth record (3:54.25) at the 2010 Royal Canadian Legion Youth Track and Field Championships
• Also helped B.C. win bronze in the 4x100m relay event
• Named the Athlete of the Year at Walnut Grove from 2009-11, including Most Athletic Award in 2011
• Set a personal-best of 1:00.82 in the 400M hurdles at the Victoria International Track Classic
• Ranked second in Canada in the 400M hurdles and qualified for the Pan Am Games
• Won the 400M hurdles at the 45th annual Subway B.C. Track and Field Championships
• Also helped her school's 4x400m relay team win gold at the B.C. High School Championships in 2010 and ’11
• Won a bronze medal in the 400m hurdles at the Western Canada Summer Games
• Captured gold in the 400m hurdles at the B.C. High School Championships
• Member of the Langley ‘Ukulele Ensemble and Theatre Company
• Competed for the Coquitlam Cheetahs Track Club for 11 years
