2016 (Senior):
Outdoor:

  • Qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round in both the discus throw and shot put events
  • Finished 28th in the discus throw preliminaries with a mark of 160-5 (48.89m)
  • Finished 48th in the shot put preliminaries with a mark of 42-2 (12.85m)
  • Took bronze in the discus throw at the Big West Outdoor Championships with a personal best mark of 172-0 (52.42m)
  • Also finished seventh in the shot put event with a mark of 46-11 (14.30m)
  • Set a personal record mark of 49-9.75 (15.18m) in the shot put at the Beach Pacific Coast where she took silver
  • Holds the team’s second best mark for this season in the discus throw from the Big West Championships
  • Ranked fourth on the university’s outdoor all-time top 10 list for the shot put (49-9.75/15.18m) and fifth for the discus throw (172-0/52.42m)

Indoor:

  • Competed in the weight throw and shot put events
  • Finished 23rd at the MPSF Indoor Championships in the weight throw with a mark of 45-4.25 (13.82m) and 17th in the shot put with a mark of 42-8 (13.00m)

2015 (Junior):

  • Posted PRs in the shot put and discus events at the Rainbow Relays, winning the discus with a throw of 164-8 (50.20m) and taking second with a mark of 48-11.5 (14.92m) in the shot
  • Placed seventh and eighth in the shot put (46-0.75 / 14.04m) and discus (153-7 / 46.82m), respectively, at the Big West Conference Championships
  • Competed in the shot put and weight throw events at the MPSF Indoor Championships, placing 27th in the weight throw with a distance of 47-8 (14.53m)


2014 (Sophomore):

  • Won both the shot put (45-7.25 / 13.90m) and discus (149-1 / 45.44m) events at the SFSU Distance Carnival
  • Shot put mark was a seasonal-best
  • Also posted a season-best discus throw of 149-11 (45.71m) at the CSULA Twilight Open
  • Missed the Big West Conference Championship due to injury
  • Placed 10th in the shot put (44-10.75/13.68m) and 26th in the weight throw (43-1.5/13.14m) at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) Indoor Championship..
  • Season-best indoor shot put of 45-6.25 (13.87m) at the UW Open and weight throw of 48-3.25 (14.71m) at the Husky Classic

  • Placed fifth in the discus and eighth in the shot put at the Big West Conference Championships

  • Set a PR in the shot put at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a mark of 47-0.25 (14.33m)
  • Placed 13th in the shot put at the MPSF Indoor Championships with a throw of 45-8.5 (13.93m)
  • Set an indoor PR of 46-2 (14.07m) at the UW Indoor Open
 
Prep:
  • A 2012 graduate of Kapolei High School on O‘ahu
  • Lettered all four years in track and field and twice in volleyball
  • In track, competed in the shot put and discus
  • Named the Gatorade State Athlete of the Year in 2012
  • State champion in the shot put in 2012 and in the discus in 2011
  • Runner-up in the discus in 2012
  • Three-time OIA champion in the shot put (2009, ’10, ’12) and discus (2009, ’11, ’12)
  • Set shot put records at the state meet, OIA West meet, Punahou Relays, and Honolulu Marathon meets
  • Holds personal records of 147-0 in the discus and 46-5.5 in the shot put
  • Three-time OIA first-team selection (2010-12)
