Outdoor

• Part of 4x400m relay squad that placed second at the 2017 Rainbow Relays with a team-best time of 4:09.68
• Placed first while running a 2017 team- and career-best 1:02.16 in the 400m hurdles at San Francisco State Distance Carnival, ranking sixth on the UH all-time top 10 list
• Finished third at the 2017 Rainbow Relays in the 400m hurdles (1:06.12)
• Ranked ninth in the UH all-time top 10 list for the on a team third-best 150m Dash time of 19.13
• Ranked sixth in the UH all-time top 10 top 10 list on a team second-best 9.19-second 60m Hurdles time
• Named to Big West All-Academic Team

Indoor

• Part of team that ranked 10th in the UH all-time top 10 for the 4x400m relay, with a season-leading time of 3:59.88
• Ran career-best 1:00.18 in 400m at MPSF Championships 
• Named to MPSF All-Academic Team

Outdoor

• Placed eighth in the 4x400m relay at the Big West Outdoor Championships (3:54.80)
• Set a personal best in the 400m hurdles to take bronze at the 38th Annual Aztec Open (1:04.43)
• Also set PRs in the 100m hurdles (15.80) and long jump with a mark of 14-9.75 (4.51 m) at the Trojan Invitational
• Holds the team’s best mark for the season in the long jump from the Season Opener (5.66m)
• Ranked ninth on the university’s outdoor all-time top 10 list for 400m hurdles (1:04.43)

Indoor

• Recorded a total of 2,470 points in the pentathlon at the MPSF Indoor Championships to place 20th
• Also competed in the 800 meter (2:32.35), 60 hurdles (9.30) and the high jump with a mark of 4-6.75 (1.39m)
• Recorded a mark of 29-4.75 (8.96m) in the shot put at the UW Invitational

Prior to UH:

• Attended Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon for two years, competing on both cross country and track and field teams
• Finished 42nd at the NWAACC Cross Country Championship as a freshman, posting a time of 21:38
• Finished sixth in the heptathlon at the 2015 NWAACC Track and Field Championship, posting a score of 3,939
• Also finished second in the 400m hurdles and 100m hurdles, and was a member of the third-place 4x400m and sixth-place 4x100m relays
• Was named conference Female Track Athlete of the Meet  at the NWAACC Southern Region Championships
• Recorded PR marks in the 100m (14.82) and 400m hurdles (64.34), in addition to a top heptathlon score of 3,958 points
• Posted personal bests of 4-9 in the high jump and 19-0 in the long jump

• A 2013 graduate of Reynolds High School in Troutdale, Ore.
• Lettered in both track and field, and cross country all four years
• Won the 300m hurdles and long jump at the Mt. Hood Conference Championship as a senior, and was second in the 100m hurdles
•  Finished seventh in the 300m hurdles at the Oregon 4A-6A State Championships, coming in ninth in the long jump

• Graduated in Spring 2017 with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science
