2012 Sand (Freshman): Recorded a 14-10 overall record…went 8-5 in tournament play and 4-5 while appearing in nine of 10 dual matches...played all but three matches on the season with partner Ginger Long…played majority of dual matches at the No. 4 flight, going 3-4…won one match at the No. 3 flight and lost one at the No. 5 flight....advanced to the semifinals of both pairs tournaments hosted by UH (March 17; April 7), while playing with Ginger Long…qualified for the gold bracket of the North Florida Invitational (March 31-April 1) after going 2-1 in pool play…lost to teammates and eventual tournament champions Jane Croson and Ashley Lee in the round of 16… advanced to the Silver Division quarterfinals of the US Volleyball Collegiate Beach Challenge (April 15).
2011 Indoor (Freshman): Saw action in 28 matches primarily as a libero...posted 153 digs on the season, averaging 2.10 digs per set...recorded her first collegiate dig against UCLA (9/4)...posted six multi-dig matches...had at least 6 digs in 10 straight matches...had a career-high 18 digs on national television at New Mexico State (10/12)...posted 14 digs against San Jose State (10/8)...Had 16 digs against Notre Dame (10/18) and six digs the day before against the Irish...averaged 11 digs per match in an October WAC road trip at San Jose State (10/25), Fresno State (10/27), and Nevada (10/29)...had four digs in UH's WAC Tournament semifinal match versus Fresno State (11/22).
Prep: Graduated from Kahuku High School in Kahuku, O‘ahu...was a four-year letterwinner in volleyball and lettered one season in soccer...helped guide the Red Rainbows to league titles in 2009, 2010, and 2011...was a two-time Hawai‘i all-state selection (2009 and ‘10).
Club: Played club ball for the Asics Rainbows for two years and also Oahu Volleyball Club for three years.
Personal: Born in Nuku‘alofa, Tonga...parents are James and Bonnie Blake...has four sisters, Nina (20), Rachel (14), Brittni (11), and Jannie (8).
