2013 Sand (Sophomore): Tallied a 6-10 overall record…went 3-2 in tournament play and 3-7 in dual matches...played all but four matches with partner Ashley Kastl, recording a 4-8 mark... in dual matches, played seven of nine matches at the No. 1 flight, going 1-6…went 2-1 in the Hawai‘i Tournament (March 16) with Kastl, advancing to the quarterfinals while also winning a consolation match… also advanced to the quarterfinals of the Antelope Desert Classic (March 24) with Kastl.
2012 Sand (Freshman): Named an AVCA All-American…one of just 10 players nationally to earn the distinction…tallied a 22-10 overall record…went 15-6 in tournament play and 5-4 in dual matches...played all but four matches with partner Ashley Lee, recording an 18-8 mark…were one of 16 pairs to qualify for the inaugural AVCA National Championship in Gulf Shores, Ala…went 1-2 in pool play before earning No. 7 seed and falling to USC’s Sara Shaw and Geena Urango in the round of 16 of the championship bracket (April 29)…all three of their losses during the weekend came in three sets…along with Lee, captured the North Florida Invitational Gold Bracket, going a perfect 8-0 in on the weekend (March 31-April 1)…defeated Florida State’s top pair of Brittany Tiegs and Aurora Newgard in the finals… named to the UNF Invitational all-tournament team for their efforts…enjoyed a string of 13 straight wins, beginning with a win over Brittany Tiegs and Aurora Newgard during a dual match at Florida State (March 29)….advanced to the finals of both pairs tournaments hosted by UH, one while playing with Larissa Nordyke (March 17) and the other with Ashley Lee (April 7)…fell to the tandem of Elizabeth Stoltzman-Emily Hartong on both occasions…played in nine of UH’s 10 dual matches, all but one them with Ashley Lee…played six of nine matches at the No. 1 flight, going 3-3…also picked up a pair of wins at the No. 2 flight with Lee.
2011 Indoor (Freshman): Played in all 33 matches...was second on the team in kills (412) and kills per set (3.58)...also tallied 179 digs and had a WAC-best 42 service aces...named WAC Player of the Week (9/19) and was selected second team all-WAC...named to the Verizon Volleyball Challenge all-tournament team...named to the WAC all-tournament team...posted 13 double-doubles on the season...had 25 kills and 23 digs against USC (12/9), both career-highs.
Prep: Graduated from Los Alamitos High School in California...lettered in volleyball for three years under Coach Dave Huber...former high school teammate of UH middle hitter Emily Hartong...was twice named Sunset League Player of the Year and was named to Volleyball Magazine's high school girls volleyball all-America team...recorded over 1,000 kills in her career...considered one of the best beach players in the country as a prepster..in the summer of 2010, she and her partner Summer Ross won the FIVB Youth (U-19) Beach World Championships in Portugal, becoming the first U.S. team to ever win the event...also won two other gold medals that summer at the USA Volleyball Girls’ Junior National Championships and at the NORCECA Girls’ Youth Continental Championships.
Club: Played for Coach Tim Jensen at the Sports Shack Volleyball Club for two years...earned all-tournament team honors in 2010 and named MVP in 2011.
Personal: Born in Lakewood, Calif...has one brother...parents are Greg and Lila Croson
