The Rainbow Wahine have posted four consecutive top-four finishes at the Big West Championship dating back to 2022. It's the first time in program history that UH has placed in the top four of a conference championship meet four years in a row. Prior to this stretch, the 'Bows put up just two top-four outdoor conference finishes in 20 seasons.

Hawai'i will begin this weekend's action with three points already on the board from Catherine Touchette's sixth-place finish in the heptathlon at the Big West Multis Championship Saturday May 9th. Touchette completed seven events with 5,362 points while Maya Holman placed 10th with 5,042.

The 'Bows enter the week with a handful of high marks within the Big West. Lilian Turban leads the conference in her signature event – the high jump – at 1.80m (5-10.75), while also sitting fourth in the javelin (48.12m, 157-10). Tara Wyllie is second in the triple jump with a mark of 12.93m (42-5.25) while Robyn Larkan is fourth in the 110 hurdles (13.62) and Ava Enriquez is fourth in the pole vault at 4.01m (13-1.75).

UH is coming off some strong finishes in the last weekend of competition at the Steve Scott Invitational in Irvine, Calif. Larkan broke her own school record in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.64. Wyllie also created a new personal best in the hurdles with a mark of 14.10, and Sofia Boyd marked a collegiate best with a time of 14.77. Enriquez claimed an event win in pole vault with a season-best clearance at 4.01m (13-1.75). The Rainbow Wahine also found success in the relays as the 4x100 squad of Wyllie, Larkan, Amelie Fairclough, and Isabella Kneeshaw finished third overall clocking a time of 45.75.
