Reno Nev. / Seattle – The Hawai'i women's track & field team wrapped up a strong split-squad weekend at the Battle Born Classic and Husky Classic, posting multiple top 10 marks and school record.
Isabella Kneeshaw delivered another huge performance by breaking her own program record in the 400m for the third straight meet, running 54.48. The junior also added the second-fastest 200m time in school history with a mark of 24.10 seconds.
The Rainbow Wahine saw strong performances from their throwers, with
Lilian Turban moving into the top five all-time in UH history in the shot put.
Rose Forshaw improved on her 10th-best indoor shot put mark at UH with a toss of 14.02m.
Izzy Gorton led the middle-distance group at the Husky Classic, posting the second fastest indoor 800m time in program history.
