HONOLULU – The Hawai'i women's track and field team will kick off the 2026 indoor season when it travels to Seattle for the UW Preview Friday and Saturday at the Dempsey Indoor Center.
The action gets underway on Friday at 1:30 p.m. HT with field and distance events followed by a 7 a.m. HT start on Saturday.

The Rainbow Wahine are coming off of a fourth-place finish at last year's MPSF Indoor Championships, and return a pair of individual conference champions from a year ago in
Lilian Turban (high jump) and
Tara Wyllie (triple jump).
The 'Bows also welcome back last season's pentathlon bronze medalist
Catherine Touchette, who also sits in third all-time at UH in the event.
Lucy Milliner also returns for her sophomore season after setting the school indoor mile record and moving into second in school history in the indoor 800m.
Additionally, the UH returnees own a combined 36 program indoor top 10 marks with five school record holders on this year's squad.
Isabella Kneeshaw owns Hawai'i indoor records in the 400m and 600m while Milliner is the indoor mile record holder.
Tara Wyllie holds the top mark in school history in the triple jump while
Maya Holman owns the Hawai'i indoor long jump record.
UH also brings in a group of 15 newcomers who will look to contribute right off the bat. The 'Bows welcome in seven transfers from four-year schools in addition to eight true freshmen.
Following this weekend's action, UH will return to Seattle in two weeks for the UW Invite, Jan. 30-31.
