The Rainbow Wahine have enjoyed one of the most successful outdoor seasons in program history and head into the weekend with Big West-leading marks in several events while sitting in the top three in a many more. UH put up four points at last week's Big West Multis Championship to put the 'Bows in fourth place after the heptathlon.
Hallee Mohr continues to hold a wide lead in the discus with a toss of 56.25m (184-6) coming the last time out at the OSU High Performance Meet. The senior is also 29th nationally and 18th in the West Region while owning the No. 2 mark in program history. Mohr also leads a strong UH contingent in the discus that ranks No. 16 nationally in the USTFCCCA Event Squad rankings and includes
Samaria Vital, who ranks fourth in the Big West in the discus with a mark of 47.77m (156-9).
Tara Wyllie has held the conference lead in the triple jump all season and heads into the weekend with a mark of 12.77m (41-10.75) to sit in second all-time at UH. The school-record setting Rainbow Wahine 4x100m relay of
Kristin Cook,
Alyssa Mae Antolin,
Amy Warrington and
Isabella Kneeshaw continue to lead the Big West with a time of 45.22 seconds and have set a program record each of the last two times out.
The 'Bows also owns seven other marks that are currently in the top three of the conference as they look to continue building upon top three conference finishes in each of the last two seasons.
