HONOLULU – The Hawai'i women's track & field program earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors for the 2023 season after finishing the academic year with a cumulative team GPA of at least 3.0.
The Rainbow Wahine ended the school year with a 3.35 team GPA and have earned all-academic team honors every year since 2010. It also marks the fifth straight year that UH has maintained a team GPA of at least 3.2 and the second year in a row with a 3.35 GPA.
Additionally, two student-athletes earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition as individuals. High jump All-American and NCAA fourth-place finisher
Lilian Turban added yet another honor to her trophy case while thrower
Hallee Mohr joined Turban as ann individual all-academic honoree.
Hawai'i was led by 10 student-athletes who earned Big West All-Academic recognition while 13 student-athletes were named to The Big West Commissioner's Honor Roll.
UH is coming off of a strong indoor and outdoor track & field season in which numerous individual records and top 10 program marks were achieved. The Rainbow Wahine placed fourth at the MPSF Championships in the indoor season and third at The Big West Championships to cap off the outdoor season.
