At the Bryan Clay Invitational,
Emma MacCorquodale bested her personal record in the hammer throw with a mark of 182-4 (55.58m), which placed her second in the competition.
Freshman
Ashley Satterwhite continued to impress with a pair of Top 10 all-time performances in the 100-meter (12.39) and 200-meter (25.18), both of which rank seventh on the school's list.
Over at the Mt. SAC Relays, senior
Ashley Aitken continued her chase for the school's 1500-meter record with a new personal best and fourth fastest time in school history of 4:27.72.
Reigning WAC Athlete of the Week
Madara Apine placed 11
th in the triple jump with a mark of 40-6 (12.34m) while junior
Sarah Saddleton tied for 10
th in the high jump with a mark of 5-7 (1.70m).
The Rainbow Wahine conclude their road trip Saturday by competing in the Beach Invitational in Norwalk, Calif.
