Biography

2006-2007 (Junior): Earned NCAA first-team All-America status in both the 1M and 3M events...took second place at the NCAA Championship in the 1-Meter event - highest finish ever for a UH male swimmer or diver at the NCAA’s...placed third in the NCAA Championship 3M event...placed 10th at the 2007 World Aquatic Championships in the 1M...won the 1M and the 3M at the NCAA Zone E Diving Regional...set two UH team records in the 1M (400.10) and 3M (410.95)...was the conference champion in both events...named C-USA Diver of the Year...named the team’s most outstanding diver...earned the Corey Carroll Outstanding Award…won both the 1M and 3M at the 2007 Swedish National Diving Championships…won all springboard events at the Naia Diving , Hawai‘i Diving and Rainbow Diving invitationals.

2005-06 (Sophomore): Sat out the spring semester...placed fifth in the men's 1-meter springboard finals at the 2006 European Swimming Championships...won both the 1- and 3-meter springboard titles at the 2006 Swedish Nationals...Top 10 performance on the 1-meter at the 2005 World Championships.

Prep: A 2002 graduate of Varmdo Gymnasium in Stockholm, Sweden.

Personal: Born May 28, 1983, in Stockholm, Sweden...plans to major in business...enjoys beach volleyball, surfing and soccer...has one brother and one sister...parents are Susanne and Karl-Erik Frick of Ingaro, Sweden.
