2006-2007 (Junior): Earned the Corey Carroll Outstanding Award...held the team's best mark in four different events...top times in the 200 Free (1:37.79), 500 Free (4:23.69), 1000 Free (9:27.91), and 1650 Free (15:40.94)...500 Free mark was conference's top mark...placed third on team in the 100 Free (45.53)...his top time in the 500 Free occurred at the C-USA Invitational where he won a gold medal...his 200 Free mark is fifth best in team history...his 1000 Free time put him the team's record books for the eighth best time...his 400 IM mark (3:53.88) was best on team and his time entered him into the record books for second best overall in team's history...his 1650 Free time also put him in the record books for the sixth best time...also a member of the 400 Free Relay and 800 Free Relay.

2005-06 (Sophomore): Redshirted.

2004-05 (Freshman): Captured first place in the 500 Free (4:22.94) at the NIC Championship...second on 500 Free and eighth on 1650 Free UH all-time Top 10 lists.

Cal State Bakersfield: Swam one season for Cal State Bakersfield... team won the DII national championship and he won the 500 Free.

Prep: A 2002 graduate of SMS w Szczecinie in Poland...fifth in the 400 Free at the 2000 European Junior Championships.

Personal: Born Dec. 18, 1983, in Szczecin, Poland...favorites are chemistry, polish food, and the book Cafe Panic..has one younger brother, Jerzyk...parents are Malgorzata and Jerzy Mroz of Szczecin, Poland.
