2007-08 (Sophomore): Against Arizona State (Sept. 28), member of team taht finished first in 200 yard medley relay and finished second in 50 yard freestyle (20.66)...finished first in 50 LC meter freestyle (23.47) against Arizona State (Sept. 29), second in 100 LC Meter Freestyle (53.43) and member of team that finished first in 400 LC Meter Freestyle Relay...was first in 50 free (20.60) and 100 free (45.08) at the Big West Shootout...placed second in 50 yard freestyle against Wisconsin (Jan. 12)...member of teams that finished second in the 200, 400 yard medley relays, and the 200 and 400 yard free relay events at the Conference USA Championship...recorded top time on the team in the 50 free (20.42) and 100 free (45.08) events.

2006-2007 (Freshman): Earned top mark on team in the 50 Free (20.35)...second best time on team in the 100 Free (45.22)...fourth best time on team for the 200 Free (1:42.71)...member of the 200 Free Relay, the 400 Relay and 200 Medley Relay teams that earned top times for the team.

Prep: A 2006 graduate of Kamehameha Schools in Honolulu, O`ahu...earned four letters in swimming and two in water polo... named the league's swimmer of the year as a senior...team won league title in 2006...a member of the Concert Glee Club.

Personal: Born March 26, 1988, in Wailuku, Maui...plans to major in communications...has one sister and one brother...dad swam at UH from 1981-84...parents are Wendy and Dain Kane of Wailuku, Maui.
