• Played in nine games, starting seven at defensive end.

• Earned first-team all-league, all-region, and all-state honors.
• Recorded 51 tackles, four sacks, and one interception in 10 games played for the Panthers.
• Helped team capture the Metro League championship and the Western State Bowl.
• Prior to Chaffey College, spent his freshman season at Portland State.
• Appeared in five games, registering 11 tackles and one forced fumble, during an injury-shortened season.

• A 2016 graduate of Los Osos High School in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.
• Lettered one year in football.
• Earned second-team all-league honors in that one season, accounting for 48 tackles, including 13 for-a-loss and eight sacks.
• Earned the team’s Iron Man Award.
• Also a three-year letterwinner in basketball. 

• Born in Fontana, Calif.
• Major is human development & family studies.
• Has one older sister.
• Parents are Anthony and Annabell Vega of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.
