Biography

2006 (Senior): Played in 59 games with 58 starts...batted .326 with 36 runs and 58 RBI...had 19 doubles, three triples, and eight homeruns.

2005 (Junior): Played 41 games, starting 32, 31 at first base and one at designated hitter…had a .227 batting average with 14 RBI, 14 runs and seven doubles…went 3-for-5 with two runs, a double and one RBI vs. Alabama (2/12)…went 6-for-16 with three runs and three RBI in the series vs. Wash. St. (2/24-27)…went 3-for-5 with two RBI and one run (3/10) and 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI (3/12) vs. Florida State…had two doubles and two RBI vs. San Jose St. (4/2).

2003 and 2004 (Freshman and Sophomore): Played two years at Eastern Oklahoma State College...earned Honorable Mention All-American honors...also gained all-conference and all-region honors...member of Phi Theta Kappa honor society...also recruited by Alabama, Oklahoma State, Texas and Oral Roberts.

Prep: A 1998 graduate of U.E. Paez in Caracas, Venezuela.
