Biography

2006 (Senior): Played and started in 59 games...batted .332 with 62 runs and 19 RBI...also had nine doubles, one triple, and one homerun.

2005 (Junior): Played in 24 games, starting 11 in the outfield…batted .167 with three runs and one RBI, but carried a .419 on base percentage…had two walks and a stolen base vs. Alabama (2/13)…hit a RBI single vs. Washington St. (2/25)…went 1-for-3 with one walk vs. Rice (4/16)…went 1-for-1 with a run at Louisiana Tech (5/27).

2004 (Sophomore): Played in 30 games, starting 25 in the outfield...had 18 runs and was 7-for-8 on stolen base attempts...went 3-for-5 with two RBI and a run vs. Cal State Northridge (2/7)...was 2-for-4 with two RBI, a double and a run vs. Florida International (2/13).

2003 (Freshman): Played one year at Sierra College in Rocklin, Calif...earned first-team all-Bay Valley Conference honors...also named a junior college all-American...also spent a year at Santa Clara.

Prep: A 2001 graduate of West Valley High School of Cottonwood, Calif...played two years of baseball under head coach Don Ray...named the Northern Athletic League's MVP...also earned all-section...also played four years of soccer, earning NAL MVP honors.

Personal: Born in Redding, Calif...plans to major in finance...favorite athletes include Darin Erstad, Willie Mays and Anna Kournikova...other favorites include the movie "Happy Gilmore," and musical groups Simple Plan and Green Day...nevers spits in the outfield as a superstition...also recruited by Texas A&M and Fresno State...has one sister, Morgan, 9...parents are Robin and Marty Wilder of Anderson, Calif.
