2007 (Sophomore): Appeared in 26 games with four starts at shortstop...hit .211 with 10 runs scored...smacked a double in a conference game at San Jose State for her first hit of the season...recorded two runs, three RBI, two hits, with a home run and a double, against then No. 1 Tennessee (5/26/07) in the NCAA Super Regional...her three RBI was a career game high.

2006 (Freshman): Played in 19 games while starting 12 as a designated player...had a .235 batting average in 34 at bats...at Grambling State in the first game of a double header, went 2-for-3 and scored two runs...named an NFCA and UH Scholar-Athlete with a perfect 4.00 GPA.

Prep: A 2005 graduate of Temple City High School in California...earned four letters in softball, three in volleyball and two in soccer...garnered First Team All League honors all four years, earning League MVP honors in her senior campaign...named High School Offensive Player of the Year from 2002-2004...also helped Temple City to win both League and CIF championships as a sophomore.

Personal: Born July 29, 1987 in California...majoring i psychology...enjoys shopping, listening to music and going to the movies in her spare time...chose winning a CIF volleyball championship as her biggest athletic thrill...favorites include Pro baseball player Eric Gagne, singer Celine Dion, and the color forest green...has one brother...parents are Debbie and Larry Franklin.
