2001: Named First Team Louisville Slugger All West Region and Second Team Easton All-American in her first year as a full-time starter…also named first team All-WAC…started all 64 games as the lead-off hitter and second baseman…led team in hitting (.336), stolen bases (10), triples (three) and hits (73)…finished the regular season among the WAC leaders in a number of statistical categories, including batting average (2nd, .351), hits (2nd, 66), triple (t1st, three), and total bases (2nd, 86)…topped the team with 22 multiple-hit games…had two 11-game hit streaks during the year…named WAC Player of the Week (Apr. 16), after batting .526 in the Wahine’s upsets at No. 18 Pacific and No. 15 Fresno State…also batted .700 in a four-game series with Fresno State…earned all-tournament honors at both the Chevron Paradise Classic and the Malahini Tournament.
2000: noneSpeedy slap-hitter saw action in 40 games, starting 32…played second base, left field, and center field, batting .203 with 12 hits in 59 at-bats…best offensive game was a 2-for-5, three-RBI performance against Louisiana Monroe on Mar. 16…went 2-for-2 in Wahine loss to No. 14 Iowa at the Fullerton Kia Classic…finished second on the team in steals, with four in five attempts…swiped bags against No. 9 Cal State Fullerton (3/15/00), No.12 Oregon State (Mar. 17), Hawai‘i-Hilo (Apr. 9), and Tulsa (Apr. 28)…third on team in sacrifice hits…posted a .929 fielding percentage with seven errors in 99 total chances.
1999: Led Wahine reserves in games (36)…speedster topped Wahine reserves with 12 runs scored…saw action in all of Hawai‘i’s NCAA Regional contests in Seattle, Wash…went 2-for-2 with a run scored against Colgate in the regional on May 21…hit .500 (2-for-4) in the regional…scoring three runs in WAC Tournament…had first career hit against top-ranked UCLA, on Feb. 19…scored first college run against Ohio State, on Feb. 12…posted a .500 on-base percentage…scored five runs and stole two bases in 15 WAC games.
Prep: A 1998 graduate of Lincoln High School in Stockton, Calif...earned four letters in softball, three in basketball, and one in volleyball...a four-time, first-team All-San Joaquin Athletic Association selection in softball...earned first-team California Interscholastic Federation All-District honors twice...a two-time, All-SJAA honorable mention pick in basketball...lead Lincoln to four league softball championships...an honor roll student for three years.
